Rental Application Pg. 1:
This is the page we need you to complete with your personal information and information on who will be staying at the property. It will be necessary for Wright Property Management to request a credit/criminal history report from their online vendor to determine if the applicant qualifies for the property.

Rental Application Pg. 2:
This page requests information such as vehicles which will be at the property and if pets will be kept at the property. At the bottom right above the signature and date line you will notice 2 spaces marked yes or no. You will need to check the box regarding the credit/criminal check yes and sign and date.

Employment Verification:
It is only necessary for you to sign and print your name at the top where provided. WPM will contact your employer to verify your employment information.

Rental Verification:
It is only necessary for you to sign and print your name at the top where provided. WPM will contact your current landlord to verify your rental history.

The application fee is $20.00 payable in cash, money order, cashiers check, or credit card to cover the cost of the credit/criminal history reporting and the verification process. If you pay by credit card, your payment will be processed through a third party processing center, rentpayment.com, and there will be a transaction fee of $5.00 per transaction.
